1. Measure your biceps circumference.

• Having someone to help you would make it easier

• Tip: Don't have a measuring tape? Use a string to wrap around your arm, then place the string along a ruler to measure the length giving you the circumference of your arm.

Answer:	All are universal.
Question:	Will this armband fall down for cell phone running
Answer:	Exercise should be moderate, too many times a day, may cause muscle damage, and is also bad for the skin.

Answer:	No, only 1 pod fits on each unit. I wish the ab unit was more powerful. I usually have that unit on full power and it still isn't enough for me, but it is still working.
