Answer:	You can with Riftcat and Vridge. Download Riftcat on your PC and Vridge on your phone and connect them both to your WiFi, put your phone in the headset and launch VRChat. Use an Xbox controller or something similar for actions, head movement will work with the phones gyroscope.
