Answer:	The Universal keyboard is slightly larger. The Keys are about the same size. The pairing, battery and function of the devices seems the same. I personally like the construction of the universal better. I has a plastic piece surrounding the keys instead of a felt covering. The Bluetooth lasted me two years. no problems until the battery died (could not recharge). Either device is worth the money.

Answer:	I third that it does charge by USB-C, at least with the one supplied with my Acer Chromebook Spin 13. It's 20v 2.25a (45w), although much slower. The Spin 5 supplied adapter is 19v 3.42a (65w) but with a barrel connector so any 65w USB-C adapter should work.

2. Q: The MAC address filtering is opened on your router. How to find the MAC address of your device?

3. Q: The device cannot connect to Wifi after a period of use. How to reset?

Answer:	The sound is great, the cushions are well padded, and I plug mine in the audio jacks on the back of my flat screen. You'll love them!

Answer:	There is a microphone on the wire that connects the transmitter to your computer. You can also plug that wire in to your headphones instead of the transmitter. This takes away the "wireless" part, but the sound quality is decent. The quality of the wire itself is very poor and easily damaged, however.

Answer:	If you're going to use it in wireless mode, you'll have trouble with interference. I've used other brand headsets which, for some reason, also give you FM reception and they all, at any time, drift into some unwanted FM channel while you're watching TV. I bought this strictly for wired mode use as a backup to my Sentry headset, which I use only watching late-night TV, so that my wife can get some sleep until I can find another system. The 75' range I'm quite sure will prove problematic, depending on interference issues and whether you're moving around. There may be another solution, which I'll be looking into very soon. There are now bluetooth adaptors which can plug into various equipment, including 3.5 mm receptacles on computers, laptops, tablets, phones, etc. (as well as usb ports). There are also now a myriad of bluetooth headsets available now. You might want to research this option too.

Answer:	It can hold most devices no larger than 11 inches. You may have to adjust the pillow stand shape to make it hold the tablet.

Answer:	The beads inside are loosely filled so they conform to whatever shape you want. I tend to make a little indentation where I want the tablet and shove my iPad in. Please note that if you make the front part too narrow, the tablet can slide off if bumped. My husband and I use our pillow stands everyday.
Question:	Will this work with iphone 7 plus in vertical and horizontal positions with the power chord attached
Answer:	It’s filled with BB-size styrofoam beads. There is a visible outer zipper which leads to an inner zipper which holds the styrofoam beads. However, the inner zipper doesn’t belong to a separate bag. Therefore, you will have to put new beads in or just save the ones you remove. The cover is entirely washable.
