Answer:	This has nothing to do with your old doorbell. The wires on this unit connect to the screws inside your ring doorbell and you plug it in....thats it. If you already have a wired doorbell and plan on replacing it with the Ring doorbell, you can probably just use the wires from your old one

Answer:	I installed the power supply a few days ago and so far had no problems switching back to battery while wired. I am assuming if you have a power outage, it's going to revert to battery power. Answer:	Yes, there is an option for Simplified Chinese in the international version under "Language". Under "Keyboards" there are options for Simplified, Traditional and Traditional Zhuyin (Taiwan). It seems odd that Traditional Chinese is not offered as an option under "Language".

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by "normal" Kindle. But I bought the latest generation Paperwhite (10th Gen) as the international version. I live outside the US. The international doesn't come with the adverts and reading matter suggestions. I bought ths 8GB RAM version which is sufficient to store hundreds of books. I also bought the very light Amazon cover with it. Together they weigh a little over 200 grams. I can hardly feel the item in my hand when reading. What a pleasure. You won't be sorry if you bought one.

Answer:	Yes. The difference has to do with the 3g modem. The quick and dirty explanation is that American mobile networks use a technology called CDMA which doesn't work in other countries. Outside of the USA, a technology called GSM is used. GSM devices will still work in the USA, however, like this international version. This only applies to mobile networks (3g,4g,5g,etc) and not WiFi. Any version with WiFi would allow you to connect with any countries' WiFi, provided they're sharing it.

Answer:	It's a basically new device. New screen 1920x1200 high resolution, new CPU running at 2Ghz with 2Gb memory making it much faster, Sd Card up to 512GB, USB C fast charge, Dolby Digital Stereo which is not only loud and clear, it sounds awesome. You can look up my review of the new Amazon Kindle 10 HD, which talks more deeply about the difference between new and previous version. I wrote it because I own both devices and made the decision that someone should compare both devices to see if its worth to upgrade. To me, it was a easy decision. You getting a lot for it's price.
