Answer:	You have to go forward with the time setting, 24 hours for each day. I just reset mine this weekend to the correct date.

Answer:	My wrist is 6 inches in circumference and it fits perfectly. I think it was designed to fit a woman's wrist but it can fit a fine-boned man's wrist with the fastwrap strap because my husband had a similar one with a fastwrap a few years ago. If your 8 year old's wrist is much smaller than 6 inches it will still grip but she might have a little lose end tab on the end of the strap to deal with.

Answer:	No. You pull the stem to the correct position and rotate it to change the date to one less than you want to set it. Then you move the stem to the position that changes the time setting with the hands, and move them so the date changes by one numeral to the correct date. If the time of day you're doing the changing is AM, you don't go past the 12 setting (noon). If the time of day is PM, go past 12 so the date will change when midnight rolls around.

Answer:	Oh, I get it! I put my thumb-nail under the front/inside of the little band that holds it in place, lifting it up at the same time that I push the end of the watch band toward the face of the watch with my index finger to take it off. To put it on, I lift the back/outside of the band "holder" with my index finger's nail and push the band through with my thumb. What that does is to move the knob/button on the underside of the small band-holder out of the way so the watch band can travel beneath it. Much better . . . Hope it helps!
