Answer:	Its not you, its the case. My case is sitting a little high on the screen/tablet where the power button is. It makes it difficult to turn off or use manual volume control as you have the material that has to bend through the empty space and then you still have to feel for the buttons. Also Its very difficult to push up into the case to fix the dead space but its obvious that its easy to come out...

Answer:	The buttons are rubber and fairly low profile, so while they are not hard to push down, I have noticed that they are not quite as easy as the buttons on the Speigen case I had for my Samsung Galaxy S6--those buttons stuck out a bit, so they were a bit easier to find. Since the buttons on this case are so low-profile, they can be a bit harder to locate if you trying to feel for them without looking at the phone. I'm getting used to it though!
