Answer:	I do not get hand cramping with this mouse because the size of it allows you to lay your entire hand over it where I have found that a smaller mouse you have to hold onto it where this one you just lay your hand over it and for me who spends hours on the computer I do not experience hand cramping because my hand is always just relaxed and open on it
