Answer:	Verizon uses bands 2, 4,5 , 13, 66 depending on what tower you are located by. This device supports all but 13, which is the main band. Will it work, yes, but it is not 100% compatible. I would use cellmapper to find the tower closest to your location and find out what bands are used on that tower before purchasing.

Answer:	No. This is used to cut off the main nitrous relay in case of a lean condition. I use a window switch (WINMAX from Nitrous Outlet) which has the ability to lockout certain gears.
