Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. Answer:	The receiver is the white odd shape piece in this bundle. It goes on the roof. The amp goes inside the house using the cable that is supplied. You must face the receiver in the direction of a cell tower, all the instructions of how to do that are included. You will not have choppy service once this is correctly installed. It’s very easy, I installed it myself.
