Whatever the case, it seems to me that an entire household can active separate copies without much objection - and - there are workarounds if multiple laptop activations are required. Finally, you will notice on the support page that it states, "Note that in some rare cases, you may exceed the activation limit through normal usage. If you feel your usage of the program is within the bounds set forth in the licence agreement, or suspect that your serial number has been compromised, contact us via e-mail so we can sort out your incident and get your software installed again." It seems to me that they are willing to give anyone the benefit of the doubt should activation issues ensue. I activated a desktop and laptop without any issues. Answer:	Mine would turn red or go out all together, even when the green light was on on the wall plug. It was due to a loose outlet receptacle. You can try and wiggle the plug. That worked for me until I was able to replace the receptacle. Now it works all the time.

Answer:	Hello! If you get a reliable connection outside your window, you should be fine to place the antenna there. Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. The booster will need to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is readjusted or relocated. Thank you!
Question:	How can I find an installer in Atlanta? Someone must do this
