• The outdoor antenna need to install on the place where signal is good normally 3-4 bars.Otherwise the product is not helpful.It needs outdoor good signal to improve indoor signal.
• Indoor coverage area is based on available outdoor signal strength.so you need to know the local signal environment.

• The distance between outdoor and indoor antennas needs to be more than 10 meters,not to be placed on the same horizontal line.And the outdoor antenna should be "isolated" from the internal antenna, there must be constructive obstacles (e.g.,wall,partitions, etc.) between.
• If the signal bars of the booster LCD is full, but the signal on the phone has not improved at all.This may be self-oscillation phenomenon. You need to increase the distance of indoor antenna and outdoor antenna and separate them with a brick wall. Answer:	Hello David, I checked the Digicel and Lime in Jamaica, Digicel is using 900/1800MHz on 2G, 2100MHz on 3G and Band 5 (850MHz) on 4G LTE. And Lime is using 1900MHz on 2G and 3G, Band 5 (850MHz) on 4G LTE. Actually 900/1800/2100 are the EU frequencies, and 850/1900MHz are US frequencies. This model works with US frequencies, not for EU ones. You need to confirm which frequency band you are using in your cellphone. If 2G calls & texts you are using EU ones, then you need to got the booster from Amazon EU sites, and test your 4G band outside around your house. Then choose the correct model. Thanks.
