For example, if I have 2 bars on the Mi-Fi, then the WeBoost sees the signal and amplifies it to 4 bars. It increases the signal for all the devices around. We use it in our RV and it will amplify the signal for our Mi-Fi as well as both phones inside the RV. It just brings the outside signal inside.

Question:	Can I mount inside antenna on my windshield behind my rear view mirror
Answer:	Thank you for your question! We recommend placing the internal antenna closer to where your phone may be like on the dash or on the side of your seat. The antenna must be at least 18 inches but no more than 36 inches from where you will be using your cell phone. Placing your antenna on the windshield may also cause it to interfere with the external antenna. You are welcome to test the signal with the antenna there, but I suggest checking for any oscillation or feedback. This can be done by powering the booster off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. If you see a red light at all when the booster is powered on, you will need to separate the antennas. Ultimately, you are welcome to install the system whichever way best fits your needs. In reality it may not work. I would wait for Sprint to merge with T-Mobile. before buying a booster or cell phone.

Answer:	I do not use the Novatel, but I have a MoFi. Mine also has two ports for antennas, but one is listed as the primary and the other as secondary. For me, these are meant to work together to get the best signal possible. I don't know if this is the same for you. I will say this about this antenna though... It is VERY finicky... It must be aimed very precisely or you will get ZERO signal. I also have a wideband antenna, and that one has been MUCH more consistent. (I use these in different spots on our property). I am thinking about adding another one of those to this site to see if I can get a more robust and consistent signal. Good luck with it!

Answer:	YES. It's very wide band so it receives & transmits ALL cellular bands, plus it's super high gain. If this doesn't make your booster work, no antenna will. However... like all parabolic antennas, this one has to be aimed EXACTLY on target, and then BLAM-- HUGE signal. A few degrees off-- no signal. Here's how to do it: mount the antenna so that you can SWEEP it horizontally, i.e. around a vertical axis, preferably with 360 degrees of exposure so you can cover the entire horizon. With the antenna connected to the booster and able to rotate in this manner, put your cell phone in FIELD TEST MODE and watch the gain reading as you slowly sweep the antenna. Somewhere in that sweep the signal should suddenly spike. That's it, you just found a tower. Continue sweeping all 360 degrees to find the strongest tower. Once found, get the antenna adjusted just right to maximize gain according to your cell phone and then lock the antenna in place.
