Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. How to find the band:

1. The Home 4G Lte Cell Phone Signal Booster will only work on the particular band 13 frequency, Verizon uses several bands throughout the US, but even if there is LTE service in your area, Verizon may not be using the band 13. So please kindly confirm your phone is receiving the 700MHz band 13 signal from nearest Verizon tower before order.

2. Make sure the outdoor yagi antenna aims at the nearest Verizon tower,and receives 2-3 bars signal from the tower.

Question:	Does the system work with consumer cellular? i have had the system installed for over six months. i see no improvement in signal strength
Answer:	Probably not so that is supposed to be the range for short range. The feed horn extends out 3 dots. Remove the black caps on feed horn and adjust it all the way out to make it longer range
Question:	Where can I buy just the coax cable? The one that comes with it is too short for my needs and I need an extension
Answer:	I do not use the Novatel, but I have a MoFi. Mine also has two ports for antennas, but one is listed as the primary and the other as secondary. For me, these are meant to work together to get the best signal possible. I don't know if this is the same for you. I will say this about this antenna though... It is VERY finicky... It must be aimed very precisely or you will get ZERO signal. I also have a wideband antenna, and that one has been MUCH more consistent. (I use these in different spots on our property). I am thinking about adding another one of those to this site to see if I can get a more robust and consistent signal. Good luck with it!

Answer:	YES. It's very wide band so it receives & transmits ALL cellular bands, plus it's super high gain. If this doesn't make your booster work, no antenna will. However... like all parabolic antennas, this one has to be aimed EXACTLY on target, and then BLAM-- HUGE signal. A few degrees off-- no signal. Here's how to do it: mount the antenna so that you can SWEEP it horizontally, i.e. around a vertical axis, preferably with 360 degrees of exposure so you can cover the entire horizon. With the antenna connected to the booster and able to rotate in this manner, put your cell phone in FIELD TEST MODE and watch the gain reading as you slowly sweep the antenna. Somewhere in that sweep the signal should suddenly spike. That's it, you just found a tower. Continue sweeping all 360 degrees to find the strongest tower. Once found, get the antenna adjusted just right to maximize gain according to your cell phone and then lock the antenna in place.
