Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. The booster will need to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is readjusted or relocated. Thank you!

Question:	How do i connect it to the verizon mifi 8800l jetpack? is there a splitter to connect to the 2 attenna slots on the bottom
Answer:	You don't connect the WeBoost to the Mi-Fi device. It will amplify the signal when it finds it. For example, if I have 2 bars on the Mi-Fi, then the WeBoost sees the signal and amplifies it to 4 bars. It increases the signal for all the devices around. We use it in our RV and it will amplify the signal for our Mi-Fi as well as both phones inside the RV. It just brings the outside signal inside.

If they need to face the same direction, it may be best to mount both antennas on a pole with 3 ft. of separation. The internal antennas will need to be separated at least 25 ft. The booster will show a red light if any of the antennas are interfering with each other. All you will need to do is separate the antennas farther apart. The booster will need to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is readjusted. Answer:	I would think that there would be an interference. The directions tell you to mount it a certain distance away from other devices. Even the indoor antenna must be mounted in a certain way. Follow the directions and you will get a good boost to your phone. We’re very happy with ours.

Aiming at the closest tower which is over many foothills and ~ 30 miles away I was able to gain a bar with Verizon (-100db) however ATT was spotty at best (-119db). Question:	Can I mount inside antenna on my windshield behind my rear view mirror
Answer:	Thank you for your question! We recommend placing the internal antenna closer to where your phone may be like on the dash or on the side of your seat. The antenna must be at least 18 inches but no more than 36 inches from where you will be using your cell phone. Placing your antenna on the windshield may also cause it to interfere with the external antenna. You are welcome to test the signal with the antenna there, but I suggest checking for any oscillation or feedback. This can be done by powering the booster off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. If you see a red light at all when the booster is powered on, you will need to separate the antennas. Ultimately, you are welcome to install the system whichever way best fits your needs.
