4. Block the cameras one by one with the camera app open. If you see a blockage, it's the one being used(main camera).
5. When installing, remember to adjust the circle in the clip to align the lens (the metal ring on the clip is adjustable), and then tighten the clip to fix the position.
6. After the installation is complete, because the clip has been tightened on the phone, you can hold the telephoto lens in hand and adjust the sharpness according to the shooting distance. 7. If a black circle appears around the picture, please zoom in the phone a little to eliminate.

| Answer: | Did you take your case off your phone? If you haven't thats probably the problem. These lenses have to be flush with your phone in order to work. I have another one of these by a different company and it has to be done the same way. If its still blurry after you take the case off then try pressing your finger to the middle of your picture. That sometimes will make your camera refocus and come in clearer. Also if you're using the macro (up close lens) then you have to get really close to the object youre taking a picture of (like an inch or less) for it to come in clear. It's designed that way so you can get up close pictures with minute details. |
