Answer:	It does get cold in the fridge. I fill it up at night with warm water and put it in the fridge and next day it's icy cold. It stays cold for a while. Haven't noticed for how long though

Answer:	It comes with both small and large support legs, but only the vertical part of the large support leg is longer. The horizontal part (the part your tablet would rest on) is the same length as on the small size, about 1-1/4 inches. So no, I don't think it would support anything more than about 1 inch in thickness.
