Answer:	It is very quiet. If you hear a slight noise just spray some wd-40 where the connection bolts are on the side (NOT the cylinders). I think that it would work for a standing desk, if you have good balance. But you can easily stand with both pedals at the same level without going up and down. It is fantastic. I go to the gym Monday to Friday but with this I can exercise at home. My tone had improved dramatically.

Answer:	The Active Stepping Workout - This is the workout where the platforms move up and down as you shift your body weight to the higher platform, simulating the motion of climbing stairs. The intensity of the step height is controlled by the knob located at the front of the frame. Turn the knob clockwise to insert the knob deeper into the frame to raise the pedals to their highest position. Reduce the maximum stepping height by turning the knob counterclockwise to reduce the stepping height intensity for an easier workout. Make sure to remove the locking pins that may be located directly beneath the foot platforms. These pins will prevent the active stepping motion in not removed. The maximum active step height is approximately 10 inches. The minimum active step height is as low as 0 inches. If you step down, and the opposite platform does not rise up, you have not inserted the height adjustment knob deep enough into the frame. Get off the stepper and turn the knob clockwise. If turning the knob clockwise is difficult, raise one of the foot platforms, then turn the knob. Answer:	The Product Details above say shipping weight is 32 lbs. I'd say most of that weight is the actual machine, because the only other things being shipped with it are the box it comes in and the two large pieces of styrofoam protecting it inside the box.

Answer:	It actually does a bit. Whenever the steps come into contact with the bottom back bar they make a thump noise that isnt very loud. And if you use the pins for different levels, it makes a clanging sound. I dont use the pins since I use this machine in the room near my toddler's room and I also muffle the thump sound with a folded towel laying onto of the back bottom bar. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Did you take your case off your phone? If you haven't thats probably the problem. These lenses have to be flush with your phone in order to work. I have another one of these by a different company and it has to be done the same way. If its still blurry after you take the case off then try pressing your finger to the middle of your picture. That sometimes will make your camera refocus and come in clearer. Also if you're using the macro (up close lens) then you have to get really close to the object youre taking a picture of (like an inch or less) for it to come in clear. It's designed that way so you can get up close pictures with minute details.

Whether the Kit Works on My Phone?

The max distance clamp can reach is 45mm. As long as the distance from the center of main camera to any edge of your phone is less than 45mm, the clamp will work. That means the lens kit will work.



Installation Guide

Step 1

Find out the main camera

If your phone has only one camera, then it is the main camera.

If your phone has two or more cameras, block the cameras one by one with the camera app open. If you see a blockage, it's the one being used: main camera.

Step 2

Attach the clip to your phone and slide the lens ring to center the main camera. Make sure the clip does not block the camera.

Step 3

Tighten the screw on the clip to a maximum. Important: that helps to keep the clip stay on your phone.

Step 4

Screw in the lens you desire to the clamp and start shooting.

Note: Tripod is recommended to use with telephoto lens since it's a bit heavy for some 'not-very-stable' hands.
