Question:	I have an iphone 11 pro with an otterbox defender case. will this fit and stay balanced while in the otterbox
Answer:	I have the the 11 pro max with Otterbox defender case as well. This is my problem in finding a selfie stick or gimbal. I don't want to have to take the case off every time I use the gimbal or stick.

Answer:	Without a case. Yes It will blanch but there isn't a lot of room. Personally, I returned it as I know my next phone will be even larger and the next gimbal from dji will hopefully address the increase in phome size. With the note 10+ inside the clamps, youre basically fully extended without much room left. I personally am not interested in putting my lhone without case into this device knowing the problem samsung screens and the ground have

Answer:	I use my Mobile 3 with an iPhone XS Max and Otterbox Symmetry case - no problem.

Answer:	It works with my Note 10+ and Note 20 Ultra however the DJI app max's out at 30 FPS using both front and rear camera. 4k Max on main camera and 1080P on front facing camera.

Question:	Will this work with an insta360 nano s on the iphone
Answer:	I don’t know what an insta 360 is but I use my iPhone 8 S
Question:	Does it fit a Samsung Galaxy Note
Answer:	Technically the phone is within the width and weight limits of the phone (up to 85mm and 202g) which the note 9 is like 75 and 201 g. However, since it's so long (the only specification not listed on DJI's sight is the max length) too much weight is on the tipping part of the motor which sends mine into a "engine protection" mode or whatever. Unfortunately, it might not work well.
Question:	Whats the difference between Osmo 2 and the previous version
Answer:	The new version is a bit smaller, lighter and less expensive. Another big difference is the battery. Osmo 2 battery can last up to 15 hours, it can charge your phone when it is low battery. The old version usually only last 1-2 hours.
Question:	Can you use a hero 6 with this gimbal

Question:	Does this product come with the full usa warranty? or, is this seller a dji authorized retailer
Answer:	The short answer is yes but without a case. I own a 7+ which is the same form factor as the 8+. The only issue is that the auto calibration gets “hung”. That being said manual calibration was easy enough with a level surface and the DJI stand.
Question:	Is the base made by DJI or made by a third party manufacturer
Answer:	BEWARE: the link provided by "support" on 6/23/18 **does not** list the "osmo mobile 2" as a compatible device. As far as I know, the Osmo Mobile 2 does not have a replaceable battery . Won't this be a problem after the rechargeable battery inevitably loses it's capacity to hold a charge?

Answer:	Just had an online chat session with a DJI rep. to see when my order will ship(that i ordered 4/13) and he informed me my order will be processed and shipped out on 4/30. I'm assuming thats the date every supplier will have to ship out their orders. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Running the phone camera can drain the battery in an hour; so, The big difference for some (like me) might be the ability to charge the phone from the Osmo 2 battery. Just comparing the two descriptions, the Osmo 2 will charge your phone while the Osmo will not. It also states the Osmo 2 is plastic while Osmo is magnesium. Battery life is stated better on the Osmo 2 than the original.

Answer:	You need to use a microphone through your phone. That being the case, you probably need an adapter that will allow you to split the output to a microphone and your headphones. StarTech has these on Amazon. 3.5 mm 4 pin to 2x 3 pin 3.5 mm Headset Splitter Adapter.
Question:	Does it work with Samsung Galaxy Note
Answer:	It will "work", i.e. gimbal stabilize any phone. As long as you are using whatever video recording software that comes with the phone, it just stabilizes the phone. I don't know if the DJIGo or DJIGo4 software interactively, as it does with the iPhone. For example, with the iPhone, it links via wifi (or bluetooth...I can't remember), and allows you to use the record button on the OSMO to control the phone. I don't know if that works with the Note 8.

Answer:	Hello, unfortunately your phone does not seem to be recommended for use in the DJI go app. It does work with some “Incompatible phones.” I would definitely try it because it’s an amazing gimbal.

Answer:	I have a S10+. It does not work perfectly but it does work. The phone cannot be mounted with the case I have. The arm blocks both the charge port and headphone Jack. If I were to buy another product I would get the osmo pocket honestly. I give it 2.5 out of 5 stars. I wish I could return it and get the pocket instead. Which is sad because the s10 camera is amazing

Answer:	I'm sure it will "work", but this lens is a moose and heavy. I have one and never tried to use it with the Carrier. The tripod mount would need to come off... The added length of the extended lens would be very awkward. I leave my 100-400mm in its case, within my backpack until needed... OK, dumb answer, but the Cotton Carrier is wonderful form my camera and modest zoom lens.
