Answer:	Read the entire paper on the side labeled "installation video" the third paragraph begins with "Step 1:" and continues on from there. Basically you add a drop or 1/2 teaspoon of liquid dishwashing soap to one cup of water and stir. This is the mild solution that will be used to position the film on the device. Thoroughly clean the surface to be covered. Step 2: with Clean Hands soak your fingers in the Soapy solution so that you do not leave fingerprints while handling the film. With wet fingers peel off the backing paper from the film exposing the adhesive side dip the entire film into the solution wedding it completely hold the film up gently and shake off excess dripping water the film should be moist but not dripping wet. Step 3: online and apply the film onto the surface of your device. Softly squeegee out the liquid solution and use a cloth to soak up any excess moisture a credit card can also be used as a longer squeegee. **Note* the film will begin to adhere to the surface as the water is squeegeed out and will no longer slide freely on the surface if the film is not aligned correctly remove it and start over at Step 2.Step 4: allowed the film to dry at least 3 hours. Microbubbles should disappear in the next few days.

Question:	Does this leave any residue on the screen if you take it off? Do you have to use soapy water to apply? I saw one reviewer said he didn't and it went on fine
Answer:	I don't know if it leaves a residue, as I have not removed it yet. I did use soapy water to apply. I've bumped my Fitbit against a few things, and this has protected it from scratches.
Question:	Will this cover up a screen that is already Scratched and make it look better
Answer:	I will protect it from further scratches .. it is very clear so you may still see the existing scratches. I put it on a new Fitbit and cannot tell anything is covering it. It makes it look better cuz it resists finger prints and smudging :) Just follow the instructions and it works great!
Question:	Lost the instruction. Will someone please explease how to apply. I keep leaving fingerprints
Answer:	Step 1: dip film into soap solution. Step 2: shake film until most drops are off. Step 3: apply to your Fitbit. Step 4: use a credit card corner to squeegee out any remaining moisture or bubble. If there are any residual bubbles, it will go away after a few hours.
