| Answer: | I couldn't. Instead try Walgreen's soft silicone disposable (but reusable) earplugs. They're sticky and go on the ear canal rather than in it, like the foam ones do. I wear them on long plane flights. For sleep you could lie on your side and they still wouldn't be uncomfortable. With the 3M earmuffs you'd have to lie flat on your back to even have a hope of sleeping. The Walgreens type come in a hard plastic case in packs of 12 BTW. |

| Answer: | These are a good balance for multifunctional workouts. The front of the shoe had a mesh upper that is much more lightweight than the standard Metcons. The sole on the front of the shoe flexes much more also. There is still a decent drop similar to the Metcons for your regular lifting. This shoe does very well when you’re consistently doing workouts with a little bit of everything - running to back squats to double unders to hang cleans. It’s worth mentioning that because it does pretty good at a lot of things, it won’t be the best at anything, but if you’re looking for a good all around workout shoe, this one does well. |
