1. Touch ID do not work after installation,what can I do to retain the touch ID?
1) Touch ID function only work with the original home button assembly for security reason, you have to transfer it from your original iPhone 8 screen.
2) If it still doesn’t work, please try to remove the LCD metal back plate and the home button cable from your original iPhone 8 display to the new one.
2. There are black/white dots or lines of the screen, what should I do?
This may caused during transportation or installation, please fo not press the top and bottom of the backside.
3. Why does the screen ghost clicking?
Usually one of the connectors are dirty or not plugged in correctly. Easier fix is to lift the screen from the rest of the motherboard and unplug the LCD and other cables. You could use alcohol and a cotton swab. Scrub the connectors gently and wait a few seconds for the alcohol to evaporate before plugging the connectors in. Make sure you have the connections seated properly.

Here are some tips during installation:
1.Please disconnect the battery flex cable from the device before installing the new screen. Failure to do will result in the screen not turning on.
2. Do not apply pressure to the corners of the LCD panel.
3. The screws are all different lengths, make sure they are reinstalled back into its original location.
4. Please check the LCD and make sure the flex cable is in good condition and there is no debris on the connector.
5. Be gentle to the flex cable connectors when removing and installing them. DO NOT over-bend or use excessive force which can tear the flex cable.
Problem Solution:
If problems occur after installation. For example: cannot turn on, no touch, flashing, lines on screen etc.
Please make sure flex cable connectors are properly connected to the logicboard and double check all flex cables is in good condition. Then turn off and on the phone.

RE: If the screen cannot turn on, that's because the LCD connector did not fully installed or got loose. When it happens, please reinstall the connectors for several times. After installed the screen, please press the power button and the home button for 15 seconds to reset the screen.
2. What to do if the home button does not work?
RE: The home button needs to be connected to the metal plate and then the cable on the metal plate needs to be installed to the logic board. Please make sure both connectors are fully fitted and please gently install the connectors.
