Answer:	There is a pull chain that controls the light and the fan separately. Also, if you're replacing the bulb, I'd recommend that you use LEDs. Answer:	As mentioned by another customer, it is difficult to exactly measure this once mounted on the ceiling fan, but roughly the dimensions are 3-1/2" diameter, 7/8" depth, and 2-3/4" on center for the 2 mounting screws.

Answer:	As best I can remember, it does include wires because it is essentially a light fixture with 3 sockets that needs to be connected to a power source.

Answer:	I cannot be sure, but judging by the picture of 53069 online, the light kit should fit without modification. It appears that there is a roughly 3-1/2" diam metal cap held on by 2 screws and presumably covering a circular opening in the bottom of the fan that is at least 1-1/2" diam (I am guessing), through which the pull switch on the light fitter could have space to protrude upward into the fan casing. My Hunter fan simply had a flat non-removable bottom with only a 3/8" central threaded hole, and there was no space for the pull light switch sticking up out of the fitter.
