Answer:	No, it's not 110-240. It's 5v. Just use any usb charger or plug it into a PC. Plug it into mains and you'll kill it.

Answer:	It CAN be charged from a 220 volt circuit, as long as your usb charger has a 5 volt output. Therefore, yes it can be used on a 120 or 220 volt circuit.
