Question:	does this work on european 240 volt outlets, using the usb port for charging
Answer:	Your USB charger (not included) will need to say on it "Input: 100-240V" and then you can use it on European 240V. For Europe, you would need a 240V plug adapter because the European plug configuration is different from USA. Or you can buy a European USB charger but make sure the adapter or charger you buy is specific to the country you are going to. Not all European adapters or chargers work in all European countries.

So the charging times equals to the Power Bank capacity*Conversion Rate* Boost Converter rate/Phone battery capacity. I have seen AC powered mattress pups, the kind that would normally plug into a standard wall outlet, and DC powered pumps, the kind that you'd plug into a 12v outlet in a car. This battery pack will run an AC pump, with the outlet on the top, as long as it's not a 3-prong outlet. (I've never seen an air mattress pump that has a 3-prong plug on it.) If you have a pump that normally plugs into the 12v (cigarette lighter) plug in a car, then no, this will not connect to it. I hope this helps!
