Question:	Does a phone or ipad charge to a full 100% when used
Answer:	My iphone 6 is charged 100%. I don’t use an Ipad so will not know. It charges fast too. I really love it. But I must say that I just bought it. Less than a month, so I can’t vouch for a long run.
