Answer:	That's what I've done with the one I keep in my EDC backpack. Last week I pulled it out just to check how much of a charge it retained after it's last charge from three weeks earlier. It was still close to being fully charged. I went ahead and plugged it in to refresh it and it was back to 100% in just a few minutes.

Answer:	I know it might be convenient to be able to do both at the same time, but I doubt there's much need. This has triple the capacity of a big phone battery, and will also take 4-5 times longer to charge up. If you will be powering tablets and see a need for that you will probably want a second 10-20 Ah charger anyway. Also, if you have access to a wall socket you should probably just buy a multi-jack wall charger and plug both in.

If it had a surge protector and was plugged into 240 VAC, the surge protector would kick in causing a small explosion.

For travel use, PowerPort Cube is designed to be compatible with all standard wall outlet voltages worldwide. I also attach a video and a picture for your reference. About the input--125V/10A located on the product and specification, it is the standard design for the US. In addition, according to the new changes in FCC(Federal Communications Commission) certification requirements, we are not allowed to print "90V - 264V" on the product itself. That's why it's different from the previous power strips. However, the function works the same.” So... yes it can be used overseas as long as you have the appropriate plug adapter for the plug end of the PowerPort cube.
