Answer:	This is the main thing I don't like about Ring Pro, they have not bothered to make it work with live view for Windows 7. This tells me that like many companies they don't care or bother to make their products backward compatible. If you decided to upgrade to Windows 10 despite all negative pushy attempts to force it upon us by Microsoft, you are in the Live View club. If you choose to stick with Windows 7 and wait until Windows 10 OS issues are resolved before upgrading or buying a new system, your out of luck. Thanks, Ring! Answer:	Dish soap and warm water will usually refresh anything sticky like that. I find that my new phone cases and such have some kind of treatment on them I can wash off to make them stickier.

I wanted a simple solution that would prevent me from losing grip and dropping the phone, not something that protected it after the fall. I began a 6-month quest to find the perfect balance of being grippy but not something that would come out of my pocket looking like a lint trap if you could get it out at all. I found the perfect texturized rubber product and proceeded to perfect a way to cut it efficiently. That was the day Dragon Grips was born!
