Answer:	Otterbox said no then they change the answer to say their cases allowed all features of the phone to work. I will post back Monday or Tuesday when I receive this. It works but you have to play with sitting the phone onn it. Sometimes I can't get it to turn on and have to keep sitting it down on it til blue light comes on. Also if the blue light flashes seem not to be charging need a solid blue light.

Answer:	I'm convinced that the lag is not due to the earbuds, it is because of the YouTube software decoder. It's a YouTube problem. If you don't get lags on the music player, then the problem is with YouTube not Samsung. How do I know this, I had the same problem even without the earbuds, & I could tell the differences between the YouTube player & the Samsung Music Player.

Question:	Does it effect the phone signal
Answer:	I would not say better, but different. It is difficult to compare the two since they do perform differently. It depends on what you like in a pencil. These are not as soft as a prismacolor, but this means they hold a point better and do not break as easily or wear down as quickly. Prismacolor are too soft and smeary for me in some cases ( depending on the paper I am using) so in those cases, I prefer a harder pencil, such as these. The colors of these pencils are as beautiful as prismacolor and they do have the vibrancy and depth like prismacolor. I would say I like both brands equally well, but I would reach for one over the other depending on the paper I am using. I would definitely recommend you try the Artezas and compare them with Prismacolor and see which "feel" you prefer. For the price, you can't go wrong.
