Question:	Does this bed sink to the floor like most dog beds? Thanks in advance
Answer:	If you call the company I am sure they will replace it. They actually called me this past week (after posting my complaint right after purchase quite a while ago) and reached out to ask if they could replace the cover that ripped the same day I put it down for my dog. I did not respond as the cover ripped and the foam inside was shredded the same place the cover was torn so I would almost need a whole new bed to make it right. I just put a thick blanket inside the bolster and that seems to be working OK. I doubt a new cover will correct the problem, it will likely just rip again. However, they DID reach out to me based only on my complaint on Amazon so I commend the integrity of their customer service . . . . but I doubt the result would be any different with a new cover for me because of the quality of the materials. You may have better luck with a new cover since your only issue was a zipper.

Answer:	As far as I know, the bolster pillows are not washable. That is the only negative about this bed. My dog has an easily upset tummy and gets diarrhea. She had an accident in her bed while crated and I was at work. The bed itself washed up beautifully, the waterproof cover for the memory foam base did its job. However, there was some leakage through to the bolster pillow "couch arms", and that was just gross. All I could do is clean it up by wiping with a damp cloth and let it dry out. I would have been so much happier if there was a waterproof cover for the bolster pillow as well.

Answer:	Yes, I would say so. This bed is pretty large. My pit bull is 55 lbs and has plenty of room. What I did when I purchased was compare the size of her bed at the time to this one. It was obvious the PetFusion was plenty adequate! Her and my 14 lb dachshund have rested in it together with much space for comfort. And just a side note, my 10 year old son joked about how it was big enough for him when we initially unpackaged it, laid in it, and he was absolutely right-and he's 80 lbs! So my my suggestion would be go for it. Your Golden will love this bed!

Question:	Received my bed today. instructions say to unfasten hook to put tube through. there is no hook and no opening to put tube through. help! thanks
Answer:	Just received our 26" Snuggery orthopedic foam (sherpa and suede blue) dog bed today. The tube for the hood is removed through the opening on the bottom lower left of the hood where the tube ends and where there is a velcro flap. Open the flap, slide the tube out by feeding it down to the left from its channel sewn in the front edge of the hood. It goes back in through that same velcro covered port. Much easier than the hidden slit for the tube in our two Cozy Caves when we remove the tubes to wash the covers that we unzip from the cushion in side the base.

Answer:	The cords are pretty long in fact. However, the connection to the block is not as snug as I would like. It still works well but I’m careful not to pull on connection.
