Answer:	You can but it's kind of a pain, you have to turn the Bluetooth off one device, make sure Bluetooth is on on the other device and manually hit connect on the second device. At least that's how I've gotten it to work

The battery lasts a very long time between charges. I mean months with me using it daily for varying amounts of time. I do turn it off when not in use and take it off the charger once charged.

Answer:	You will likely fit in the XL. I ordered an XXL (I'm 38-40) in this running short, and it was too small; it was possibly mislabeled. I have had no other problems with sizing on Uzzi swim briefs or swim square cut shorts. Remember that stretch fabrics will fit differently. I don't remember the Uzzi running shorts being very stretchy.
