But in my case, it worked for few days and stopped working regardless of on or off in couple days of use, so I returned it. The writing is very fine though, which we dont usually find in cheaper stylus.

Answer:	No idea if it has the overcharge protection, but iOS kind of have that built in if you enable the smart battery that learns about your daily charging habits. Haven’t measure the charger output with a DC meter to validate or not the 18W, but it charges way faster than stock slow charger.
