You can probably just connect the grounding block to an existing ground on the house, but if not, then I would use a grounding rod. RAM Quick-Grip Phone Mount with Handlebar U-Bolt Base
Product description
The RAM Quick-Grip Handlebar Mount consists of a zinc coated u-bolt base, double socket arm and spring loaded cradle for supporting most phones. Included in this package is hardware that will accommodate rails from 0.50" to 1.25" in diameter. The base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The included composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5". The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. Does not fit plus-size phones, however the RAM Quick-Grip XL Phone Mount with Handlebar U-Bolt Base (RAM-B-149Z-A-PD4U) will be a better fit for larger phones.

| Answer: | Can't answer for sure, but it fits my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with plenty of room to spare. If dimensions shown online are correct, iPhone 11 pro is about the same width as my phone. Should work fine. The only thing I would suggest checking would be the position of side buttons. On the Note 8 I have to make sure to put it in the holder a little low so it doesn't squeeze the volume buttons. Power button on the other side is not as much of an issue. |

| Answer: | yes it holds but depends on size of the ipad, its been a year and half mine is working excellent, i tried almost 12 mounts ended buying this pricey one, you will never regret, but they have other model for ipad, not sure whats that is but it will hold, order both models and see, and then return which doesn't fit for you, i am pretty much sure for bigger ipads the other model works i guess |
