How to Setup

1. On your desired mounting location, place the twist-locking base first with the arrow facing the driver.

This arrow anchors in the right position for Aivo Connect. Press and hold the base firmly for 30 seconds.

2. Fit Aivo Connect into the locking base.

3. Lock in the Aivo Connect to twist-locking base with a 1/4 clockwise turn.

Dashboard Mounting

When using during cold temperatures please make sure to warm the up surface of the dashboard for the ultimate mounting experience. Clean the surface prior to installation. Press and hold firmly for 30 seconds to securely adhere.

Answer:	I got it to work with an 11' iPad. You just need to position the velcro and flip part of the closing side up to attach the velcro holder for the it. Both the top and the bottom of the tablet rest in the holder pretty securely. A couple of turns caused it to slide out but I'm sure if you put a rubber band or something on the bottom of the holder it would perhaps not slide on turns so much. Also, used my iPad in the case. My case is slim though and snuggly fits the iPad. :0) Good Luck,

Question:	How many magnetic strips does it come with
Answer:	The mount is the magnet. It comes with 2 metal thin plates with adhesive sticky paper on one side. One of the metal thin plates is small for android phones.
Question:	Is the arm stiff enough to keep the phone from vibrating or bouncing around on bumpy roads
Answer:	Yes, though it depends on which magnet plate you are using and where it is (on back of case/phone or between case layers ). If your phone vibrates off the mount you used either the wrong plate or have the plate you far away from the mount. Also depends on the size of your phone and thickness of your case if using a case.
Question:	How permanent is the adhesive
Answer:	I live in Central Texas and purchased one of these last year. The adhesive lasted for about 6 months before I found it barely dangling from my dash by the front edge. I cleaned the area well and allowed it to dry, then reattached it however it fell again about 2 days later, this time completely, falling down to my floorboard while I was inside at work. I purchased a 3M 'heat resistant' adhesive foam tape that I tried to add by scraping off the original adhesive, but it didn't hold longer than a couple of weeks. My car and dash are both black, so it gets VERY hot, especially here where rain is either precious or straight up floods us with 3 months of rain on some random weekend. Last week, I purchased another one of these, this time just picked it up at a store that had them, as a quick fix to not having one that would stay mounted. As of yesterday, it's already coming up on the back side and wanting to fall forward. This is on a brand new pad, once again having cleaned the spot on the dash where I wanted to mount it, allowing it to dry, then applying by holding firmly for 30 secs. I love the mount, the profile, the strength of the magnet...but I'm not sure how some others are able to keep it from falling after a few months of exposure to triple digit heat. I haven't found a suitable alternate adhesive that I can add to it, that won't also damage my dash when removed.
Question:	This mount includes the 3M magnets for the phone's case? or i need to buy them
Answer:	The mount comes with 2 metal plates. One bigger than the other. The smaller plate is the one with the 3M tape on it that you can attach to your device or case. What I normally do is instead of taping the plate, I just trap the plate between the phone and case so that I don't have to deal with removing the plate later down the line.

Answer:	Depends on the case...if very thick, then it could have difficulty. I have a tech 21 case and it works fine. Also don't forget to adjust the height of the 'foot' so your qi receiver aligns with the qi charging coil inside the mount.

Answer:	Well, you want to use a fast charging 12v plug, or it won't charge your phone very quickly. I'm guessing that may be why people were complaining 3rd party chargers? I've used mine with probably 3 different 3rd party plugs with no complaints.
Question:	Will it work with an Otterbox defender case
Answer:	I just purchased this today and tested it with my Iphone X. So far, it charges wirelessly with the Otterbox Defender, Commuter, and Symmetry cases. I tried all 3. I'm using IOS 11.2 (Came out today) but I have no idea as to whether it's fast charging yet or not.
