Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	I haven't tried audiobooks, but I can listen to my music playlists and Pandora from my phone through the Veopulse. I would think it shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	Depends on the level of roadnoise, sound insulating qualities of your vehicle, etc., but I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids, and the speaker performs great! Much better than trying to use my cell phone's speaker, and we are a "handsfree" state.

Question:	Can this airpods pro connect to huawei or samsung
Answer:	i have found that after the airpod shows as being connected and is active on my Google Pixel, if I close the wireless case, the airpod is disconnected. Why is this happening? I thought this was compatible with Android.

Answer:	Drown out 100% no. However they eliminate a lot of the noise, for example I can’t hear the mower running/idling but I can hear it (very muffled) when the blades are engaged.

Answer:	When it comes to others being able to hear you in noisy environments Nothing beats plantronics 5200 headsets. Only others comparable would be the fast food order taker style headset like the parrot ones. As far as sound quality for you as the wearer absolutely amazing. If you want people to hear you noisy environments Plantronics is better if you just want to be heard in quiet environments these will do perfectly fine and you get the greatness of audio also.

Answer:	The answers here are funny, but the real answer is that the dangling part is the battery. The nice thing about this Pro version is that the battery is much shorter -- the original AirPods looked like snot was hanging out of your ear. These are much more compact and subtle than that.
