Question:	Will this unit work with a non Bluetooth to that has the rca jack on it
Answer:	This will NOT work without Bluetooth. You would connect it to your stereo with a physical AUX cord (or AUX to RCA adapter if needed), but you need a Bluetooth enabled device to connect to it and stream music.

Answer:	Check to see if have a battery in the receiving device and if it's still got power.

Answer:	It is recommended to adhere it to the case.

Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.

Question:	Will this help w/ the echo
Answer:	It got rid of all of my sound issues - cracking / whining. I actually use it with an Amazon Echo dot in the car, but I think you were asking about an echo as in a repeating of sound. I'm not sure if it will address an echo - depends on the cause - if you have a Mic picking up sound from the speaker and looping that, it may not work. Good luck.

Answer:	No, it can’t eliminate this noise you described, because the aux cable and the speaker are not in a ground loop circuit . A ground loop isolator only prevents interference in a ground loop circuit.
Question:	Can anyone tell me if there is a loss of bass or overall volume when using this product? Thanks
Answer:	I think it's common with every ground loop isolator. The extra circuitry adds extra resistance, so you will need some sort of amplification to compensate, similar to using high impedance headphones. My LG v20 features a Hi-Fi 32bit quad DAC which is designed to power higher impedance headphones, so it works just fine with this device when the Hi-Fi is enabled. You may want to combine this device with some sort of amplifier for best results.

Answer:	You should not have a problem with heat slowing the phone down. I had that happen to me once and I'm a field tech. I also point the vents at the roof of my car which evenly distributes the air and diverts away from the phone. These big mounts usually prevent the phone from getting too hot too. However, I'm in TX and I can't use a windshield mount. The mount will melt right off the suction cup in a matter of several months and I'm stuck buying another one.

Answer:	Those grippers on the sides spread quite wide. It holds my iPhone6 in a Mophie battery case just fine. It is the first holder I've found that fits my iPhone6 inside of a Mophie battery case, and holds it snugly while driving. iPhone5 is about the same size as a 6, as I recall. I'm going to guess 99% chance you'll be happy with it.

Question:	How well does it work in a vehicle with vertical vent louvers? My gmc truck has them, so I’ve been hesitant to try anything requiring a clip to them
Answer:	My vehicle has horazontal vents but I would think vertical will work better. The horazontal vents sometimes flip down under the weight of the phone which should not occur with the vertical vents. The grip from the clip is very strong. I would give it a shot.
Question:	Does the metal plate on the back interfer with wireless charging or NFC payment systems
Answer:	The larger metal plate designed to be placed between the case and the phone does interfere with Qi charging. On the S5 and S6, the receiver magnet is toward the bottom of the phone. But even trying to stay away from the charging element still causes enough interference to disrupt charging. However, if I adhere the smaller metal plate to the outside of the case or directly on the phone toward the camera on the top, the charging seems to work.
Question:	How can I buy replacement magnets as I go through phones regularly
Answer:	You can buy additional magnetic olates off Amazon. I had the same concern and recently discovered that other sellers (not necessarily Aukey) do sell just the magnetic plates.
Question:	Why is the picture showing a bicycle holder? You don't see the vent holder until clicking on it
