Answer:	I'm not sure I can help but I had a problem with the zipper as well. Be sure bottom zipper is all the way down. Then be sure that when unzipping there is no fabric caught in zipper, that the teeth have a clear path. Then when both zippers meet and fit in place, try zipping up again using top zipper. Hope that makes sense and helps in some way.

Answer:	Very warm, my wife loves it. It is fleece on the inside too. Some robes do that garbage where they put the comfy material on the outside but the inside is rough and you feel all the seams. This one is not like that. I do recommend sizing up to the extra large no matter what your size. My wife is 5'7" and it is at her ankles where it should sit.

Answer:	In case you're still pondering...Was thinking about your question again...2xl will have a LOT of fabric, might cramp the wheelchair. There is also a zipper issue. It worked just fine when I unzipped it all the way and opened the robe. Then I reclosed and it was good. But I could never open the zipper at the bottom (ankle length zipper) again. I think it's installed a little wrong. It's not a big issue for me...I just open it 90% and step in, or I put it over my head. Love it too much to send back. It does have more fabric than I need but wouldn't say it's swimming! Probably a 1X would fit fine for a 2xl person.

Answer:	There are 2 choices. There’s a collared option that’s a few dollars less and a hooded option. Personally I won’t buy a robe without a hood, but everyone is different. I absolutely LOVE the hooded version.

Answer:	You can also try washing it it in cold water and adding white vinegar to your wash. It helps set the colors so they don’t run. I’ve done this with dark blue and black denim on their first wash.
