Answer:	Yes it would I have a big recliner three seater and I purchased the oversize one and it fit very well you can see the measurements in the picture for the product is stretched material

Answer:	I do not know. I have not washed it yet. If you do wash it, use the cold water gentle cycle & lowest gentle dryer setting or just let it dry without using a dryer lime hang it on a chair .

Answer:	Mine does so long as the claws aren't very sharp. I clip my cats claws periodically, so I try to keep them from being super sharp. Even if I forget to clip her claws, this works fine to keep my new furniture protected.
Question:	Does it work for a reclining sofa? of 35.4x 83x
Answer:	Yes! It does allow for a reclining sofa. I have a sofa that has recliners on each end. When someone wants to recline, we just pick up the bottom of the cover and pull it back to allow the leg extension to move. While it does shift the back material some from reclining, it's no big deal to put it back when done reclining.

Answer:	I only have the medium so I can't compare it to the large but you might want to go large if they're that tall. I'm a little under 5'3" and while they're long on me and I wear the waist a little high they're not so long that I've had to hem them or anything.
