Answer: | I'd like to know myself ! Flow is excellent but if pump runs with all valves shut - pump will not exceed 30 psi as you say. I wonder if there's some sort of internal "spring safety valve" that pops open when 30 psi pressure is reached and then water just free-flows around inside pump ? My "new" set-up shuts power off to pump at end of final sprinkler zone whereas before the increased pressure would do this when last zone ended. Very odd. I might call Gould to get explanation. Been tied up with other things - as are we all ! |

Answer: | It’s a 3800 gallon per hour pump. She would a little much for a live well if it is not a big tank. It would definitely work though. Make sure the pump is mounted as instructed or you will have issues getting water. |
