In that case, cook under pressure for five minutes to let the vegetables cool down a little, with a ten-minute natural pressure release.

1. In the Instant Pot, combine the chicken, vegetable soup mix, corn, taco seasoning, salt, and water.
2. Secure the lid on the pot. Close the pressure-release valve. Select MANUAL and set the pot at HIGH pressure for 10 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, allow the pot to sit undisturbed for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure. Stir in the evaporated milk.
3. Serve with optional toppings, if desired.
