Answer:	I use the refill stations at Walmart. I believe they are Primo. In my experience with water coolers any bottled water company is good. You just shouldn’t use unfiltered or faucet water. I do love how the self sanitizer runs every day. Settles down my worry about the water staying clean.

Answer:	If this is the same model primo self cleaning I read online, it states to press the sanitize button for 3 to 5 seconds and the green light will blink showing it has started sanitizing by omitting ozone for 90 min then releasing as oxygen. U can still retrieve water during that 90 min however the taste will be less than favorable. I would think if it self sanitized then there wouldn't be a button to push to activate this feature. It could be a different model manual I read online than what the previous answer provided. Go to primo's website or Google "primo self cleaning water dispenser how to sanitize"

Answer:	Sounds like you may have a glitch in the sensor/detector. If the water dispenses when you put a new bottle in, then it sounds like the machine is working, so the red light should go off. I haven't seen this happen with mine.
