Improved Blood Circulation: Inverting the body may promote better blood circulation, which can benefit the cardiovascular system. Improved circulation can also help reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation.
Posture Improvement: Regular use of inversion tables or other inversion equipment may help improve posture by encouraging proper spinal alignment and reducing the effects of gravity on the spine.
Stress Reduction: Inversion therapy can provide a sense of relaxation and stress relief. Being in an inverted position can help relax muscles and reduce tension, which can have a calming effect.
Increased Flexibility: Practicing inversion may improve joint flexibility and range of motion. This can be particularly beneficial for athletes and individuals with stiffness or limited mobility.
Pain Relief: Some people find relief from various types of pain through inversion therapy, including back pain, sciatica, and muscle spasms. It is important to note that individual results may vary.
Improved Core Strength: Inverting the body requires the engagement of core muscles to maintain stability. Over time, this can lead to improved core strength and stability.
Mental Clarity: Inversion therapy enthusiasts often report feeling mentally refreshed and experiencing improved mental clarity after an inversion session.
It's essential to approach inversion therapy with caution and under the guidance of a trained professional or after consulting with a healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. Inversion therapy is not suitable for everyone, and improper use can lead to injury.

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this fold for storage |
Answer: | I. Do not know the exact thickness. I have two cats who use the box and change the litter every 3-4 days. I found that when I was using only one liner I sometimes had small holes. What I started doing was first putting in a cheaper liner and then used these. Since I started doing that no more holes. Hope this helps. |
