Answer:	I attempted to use it and it never worked on my Windows 10 computer. I contacted their customer service but they never responded to me. I called and they did not answer, but their recording said they were open for another full hour. I emailed them and never heard back. If you read the reviews, you can see that about 1/3 of the reviews are negative because customers could not get it to work. I was able to convince Amazon to refund me.
