Answer:	I got the white one I dont why not. The carving knives are shallow handled so you need to crave with the handle passed the board or you won't get all the way through the meat. If it is very sharp you might leave a mark on the board. My craving knives are commercial size I have no problems. I hope the helps. Make sure the board can handle the hot meat.
