That means human detection and auto-tracking could not work at the same time, but the outdoor camera's normal motion detection still works when you use auto-tracking. How to best keep the lenses in good condition?

Answer:	Unfortunately no. We validate back to Windows 7 as long as you have SP1 installed. Microsoft hasn't supported Windows XP since 2014, meaning no more updates or fixes even with known security issues. Security flaws in the operating system potentially allow hackers to get around the protection we have in place to keep you safe. As I mentioned, we currently support Windows 7, but that support was dropped by Microsoft earlier this year, so I would expect we will no longer be able to support it either soon. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to at least Windows 8 to avoid any security issues with that operating system. Please let me know if I can help you with anything further.
