Question:	Do you have to put each branch in
Answer:	No it comes in 3 sections with the branches on hinges. It takes a little while to spread the branches out. I really like this tree

Answer:	No. We bought this and it needs about 400 lights in our opinion.
Question:	how does it support a topper? is there a thin top branch or a hole in solid post
Answer:	Easy fix for any tree. Get some dowel rods ( easily found on amazon) black or dark green spray paint, and some dark coloured zip ties. Spray paint the rods you think will disappear the best when viewed from 3 feet away. Take painted rods, depending on the weight of the tree topper. Take the bottom 2/3 rd of the rods and zip tie them to sturdier part of the tree frame ( not branches) then place tree topper on the exposed 1/3 of the remaining rod. Gives you a sturdy support. To remove zip ties, just use a toe nail clipper and save rods for next year. Have done this with several trees.
Question:	Is it okay to microwave
Answer:	I would suggest microwaving it for approximately 7 minutes, unless you bought the 9 foot tree, in which case ............ microwave for nine minutes. So now you'll want to bake it for 45 minutes at 325 (low heat makes it more moist). Serve with pine cones and pitch gravy. The needles make great leftovers ............ that's providing you lived through all this. Happy Thanksgiving everyone~ :)

Answer:	Ours was outside on our deck all summer. Color didn’t fade at all, but rain caused rust where the leaves are attached so many fell off. I got glued them back on and so far, so good. Our fault because description says use outdoors under a covered area

BUT quality is still very high and the fact that it’s plastic doesn’t mean it looks any less realistic. These are all very well made and lifelike.

Answer:	16". I bought the Ficus first thinking I could find a better pot than the suggested "Frequently Bought Together" items. I was wrong! I ended up buying the 16" pot and the Spanish Moss later. It all went together lovely. BTW, this is a great find. I am not a fan of fake plants but this one is a great buy and looks great.

Answer:	Painting would be possible but the piece is coated with a polyurethane finish. Definitely would have to be sanded prior to refinishing and assembly.
Question:	How much weight can the storage bench hold? I want my kids to store their backpacks IN it. Is it just a thin piece of plywood on the bottom
Answer:	No, it's pretty sturdy. I'd say it'd be perfect for backpacks. I keep my heavy purse in it, my backpack when college classes are in session, and store blankets, but I could put more. And we hang a bunch of coats on the hooks, even heavy winter coats, and sometimes bags. It's a very nice piece if furniture. Not cheap at all I would say. Assembly wa a little difficulty, but doable. And once finished (I put it together myself), it was really nice. I'm happy with it.
Question:	Are these trees rooted and how big are they when arrived
Answer:	Yes the trees cuttings are started in our nursery and will have roots growing and some will have leaves and branches. They are easy to grow and detailed instructions are included. Thanks.

Answer:	I've planted 2 of these before - about 4 feet apart - have 10 now and will do about the same - they grow fast!
Question:	I ordered these a few months ago and have them growing but something is eating them! Rabbits? Squirrels? Help
Answer:	Deer will munch on them. I use a stick with Irish Spring soap on it to keep young trees/shrubs safe. Here's how: I get a stick about a meter long. Then I let a bar of Irish Spring, still in its packaging, sit in the sun to make it pliable like Play-Doh. Cut off a 1cm or 1/4in slice, roll it in your hands and squish it on to the upper part of the stick until it's well attached. Then put the stick in the ground within 15-30cm (6-12in) away from the trees.
Question:	Also when it says they can grow up to 15 feet the first year, does that mean between now (May) and October
Answer:	That would be the potential the trees have to grow in 12 months. Water them alot and they will grow big!
