Answer:	Hello,No, I wouldn't suggest wetting the paper with water but you can purchase separately Crayola (or any brand) of "fingerpaint". You may also be able to use watercolors as the paper is thicker than regular paper. Hope this answers your question.

Answer:	What a colorful question! While this paper will work best with fingerpaints, you can absolutely still use traditional paints and brushes for your masterpieces as well. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I am not sure what you mean by dry, but you do not add water. Just add to paper and good to go! Found that the paper will rip if too much paint is on it though.
