Answer:	Yes it does come with a tag but its small tag they put on lower left side of the clothes, about a quarter inch size i say, not too sure but its small not that usual tag other brand put though,

Answer:	I did not have it gift-wrapped, as I ordered several things all at the same time, and wanted to wrap them by matching sets.

Answer:	Newborn usually maxes at 8lbs. 0-3 can range up til about 14lbs? I've personally noticed with Ferber if you wash before they can shrink. The 0-3 would turn into newborn sizes. My son was born 9.10lbs and newborns were out of the question. He immediately starting wearing 0-3.
