Answer:	Hello, To make sure you receive the signs how you stated please do the following. On the first three put the text in the lines you would like that placed. On the line you want the arrow pointing right type the following including the ( at the start of the line and the ) at the end. (ARROW POINTING RIGHT) Select the qty as 3 either after you add it to your cart or before. Go back to the listing page of the sign and add another 3 under the qty and this time on the line with the arrow type (ARROW POINTING LEFT) So you will have two groups of three. Once both are in your cart go go to checkout and complete your purchase. Once this is done email us from the order page or by clicking on our seller ID on the listing page and select to contact the seller. Send us a message and state that Chris informed you to follow those steps to get those arrows. That last part to contact us is not a must but it helps so if you have time I would recommend that but again it is not a must. Please make sure that you type that exact message on your sign on the line you want your arrows. If that is not done we may not see it. Thank you and I hope this helps. Answer:	If you have a graphic that is full quality and ready to be put on the sign you can email us after you purchase. If we have to edit the graphic in anyway we cannot use it because there is no way to charge for this. Make sure your graphic is ready and does not have to be trimmed or cut out of any background or image and that the quality is high quality. All images can look great on a small phone screen so make sure they are clear. I would recommend 300dpi and depending on the graphic 2000 pixels on the shortest side. Any image can be enlarged to this which does not make it look better. You can also message us through Amazon and attach the image before you order. We can then confirm if it would work. Please note that we stand by our sign quality but have no control over the image you provide or the amount text you put on your sign or the lines that you place it on. Thank you,

Answer:	Hi, we don't offer double-sided street signs on Amazon. All of our Amazon offerings are geared more for bedrooms/garages etc. If you head over to our sister site RoadTrafficSigns you can order a double-sided street signs like municipalities use. We have heights in 6" and 9" and up to 36" in length. If you have any more questions feel free to reach out to our sales team.
Question:	why does sign in cart not show what "text" was ordered
Answer:	The Amazon customization process only shows the generic item in check out. If you have gone thru the customization process and added to the cart, you will get what you designed. Sorry, this is a limitation of the customization software.

Answer:	I dont have exact thickness but it is VERY sturdy. I was super surprised at the thickness and quality. I gave one as a gift to my son. I would say definitely can handle being outdoors. It is one sided tho.
