Answer:	I'm not sure what your setup is, but when I did mine, I hardwired the hood into the existing black and white wires that were used in the old hood. Chances are that if you don't have the pre wired design that I had, you will need a power cord kit if you plan to physically plug the unit into a traditional wall socket.

Answer:	I measure 29 and 7/8ths to 29 15/16th. We're in the range that the accuracy or consistency of tape measures is critical variable.If you took a standard 30" hood out you should be just fine. Even so nearly everything should fit in standard openings. With these sizes you're talking about, a lot depends on the "squareness" of the hole because you don't have a lot of clearance to work with.I'd say to go ahead and order--the odds are way in your favor--and you can always return it--just fit it in before doing all the other installation things.Glad to help.

Question:	How can someone remove the glass for cleaning
Answer:	There are 4 screws on top of the glass. Once the screws are removed, you can take out the glass for cleaning.
Question:	My light went off after few weeks. Which bulb should I buy
Answer:	The bulb being used for this item is 12v 20w G4 halogen bulb.
Question:	Can you purchase additional flue extenders if you have a 9' ceiling
Answer:	It comes with a built in extender. In my case, with 8 Ft. ceilings, I had some cut off. In your case, that probably won't be necessary.
Question:	How do I change the bulbs
Answer:	The light bulb can be changed after the cover of the light is removed. Meanwhile, if you can please send us an email or provide us with your email address, we can email the steps on how to replace the light bulb. Thanks.

Question:	Does this unit come in white
Answer:	I don't believe so
Question:	Is it recommended that the entire length of ducting from the hood unit to the roof is 7 inch ducting? Would reducing the diameter affect performance
Answer:	Yes, the recommended diameter of the ducting is 7 inches from the hood unit all the way to the roof. If a narrower diameter duct is inserted along the way to the roof you will create a funnel that will reduce the airflow.
Question:	Is the motor for this item built inside it? Or does it need to be installed outside the house? If outside, how long is the hose
Answer:	The motor is inside the hood. Our hoods don't come with hoses or ducting at all. You will need to acquire the ducting from a home improvement store or through your builder or contractor. Does that answer your questions? We do have other models that have the motor or blower that mounts in the ductwork and away from the hood. Answer:	i got the standard stainless steel, and it is very smooth and not glossy, and very easy to clean, just wipe it off every other day
