Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.

Answer:	I use mine everyday so at least couple of times a week, I make sure I unplug it, turn it upside down in the sink, then place it on a towel. I make sure all the components (3 of them; the body, top part, and the little water container) get dry. Package says once in a while to make sure there is no buildup to put couple of drop of clear vinegar in it and use it. hope this helps :)

I was one of those teens who never had a blemish, even during that time of month. Twenties, no problems. Thirties I started getting black heads after the birth of my son and I mean all over my face all the time. This went on until I got 50. I don't know if it is due to my hormones or this product, but I do not have one blackhead now. I believe this product is only to be used once a week, that's how often I use it. Do yourself a favor and get a good daily face wash. Don't use soap on your face if possible. You're young, but if you start with a good daily face wash and a good moisturizer, you might not need the rapid wrinkle repair. LOL. Have fun in the sun but cover that face with the highest possible sunscreen. Neutrogeno has very good products. You should get this and look into their daily face washes and moisturizers. Answer:	I have a wave. The old attachment grid (velcro like) fell off. the glue went bad. This item comes with what I thought was an adapter for wave. It's not. However, I used my fingernail to peel off the new attachment grid, the glue being very stickey, and placed it on the old wave head. Smoothed it out with fingers, pressed it on. All is well.

The refills kit comes with the 'attachment head' that allows you to use the new puffs on the older microderm machine/device. I too have the one that came with jar of cream and sponge heads and the refill kit worked for me.

Answer:	So, “THE” moisturizer for YOU is going to depend on a few variables, such as: Skin Type, Problem, and Wanted Effect. So I have combination skin (used to be mostly oily, but have gotten drier in certain areas in recent years - I’m about to turn 34.), my Problem is literally everyyyything makes me breakout, and my Wanted Effect is, obviously acne-prone skin safe/reduction in acne, lightening hyperpigmentation, and anti-aging. SO, with that being said, I’ve been bouncing around trying to find the perfect moisturizer for me, as my Old Faithfuls no longer hit all my “boxes”. From general experience, Perricone MD is pretty great for most skin types. I LOVE their Hypoallergenic Nourishing Moisturizer (currently on sale on their site, btw). It really is nicely hydrating, no irritating ingredients, a nice, gentle nourishment after a deep treatment, and, for the most part - didn’t make me breakout. It’s my main recommendation when people ask. Currently, I’m trying Obagi Kinetin Hydrating Cream bc it’s supposed to be nicely moisturizing and good for acne-prone skin (so far so good!). Answer:	If you are female no. It is called dermaplaning. It is a way to remove the hair and exfoliate the skin more rapidly than by chemicals. I have a couple recurrent black hairs that I want to get rid of. This helps. But, at the same time, I do my entire face to dermaplane. If you do be careful you don't use astringent or any face cream with any chemicals because it will burn. And NOTE, you're NOT ripping the top layer of skin off! Just lightly. See a YouTube and look it up. It costs a bunch to have a plastic surgeons office do it!
